1. Are Katty tote bags are reversible?
Not really, but we take as a compliment. Our designer like to color coordinate with pretty fabric as a lining and design with great color combinations. Drawstring Purse Organizer is matching fabric of lining to be very special and unique from others.

2. Why are you using a Leather-look material (p-leather) for Katty tote bags and Chibi cases?
TESAGE tote bags are offering light weight tote bags with style and easy to maintain. The Leather-look Material (P-Leather) is very soft feeling, light weight, animal free (great for vegetarian, vegan) and easy to maintain.

3. How do I properly care for my TESAGE tote bags and Chibi cases?
P-Leather (Leather-look): Windex or Soap with warm water to clean, milk to make a little shine.
Cotton Corduroy/ Velvet: Hand wash with warm water using woolite or other detergent for delicate items and hang dry.
Satin: may need to steam or light ironing after hand washed.
Sunbrella: Machine Washable with gentle cycle.

4. How long is a TESAGE color or style available before it is retired?
TESAGE colors typically have a life of 18 to 36 months. Some popular materials stay in our line even longer if consumer demand warrants. Retired colors may still be available through our retailers. Please visit our Retail Stores to find a retailer near you.

5. Can I send my TESAGE for repairs or replacement?
Most of our loyal customers tell us that, with regular use, their products may show signs of wear after 6-8 months. Normal wear is often apparent at stress points such as corners, pockets and handles. If your item becomes damaged, a reputable tailor or repair shop in your community should be able to make basic repairs at a reasonable cost. However, you are not able to find one, please send us a digital photo of the damaged part to tesage@yukikosato.com. We will replay if we are able to repair or replacement.

6. What can I use Chibi cases besides for small change? Our customer's feedback told us that Chibi Cases to use for carry contact lenses case, store Jewelry when you do yoga or getting massage, lipsticks, small cosmetics,

12. How do I become a retailer?

16. Can I carry heavy stuff such as a lot of files in TESAGE tote bag?
The most of our customers told us that, with overloading files or textbooks for everyday use, their products may cause damage. We suggest you to use without overloading.

17. Can I carry my laptop in Machi tote bags?

18. Can I order for SOLD OUT items?
No. Since most of TESAGE products are limited edition, it indicates SOLD OUT means retired. If it indicates "Back Order" means temporally out of stock, would available soon. Retired colors may still be available through our retailers. Please visit our Retail Stores to find a retailer near you.

19. Why my credit card charged twice?
Some credit card company list both authorization and charge on your online statement. Authorization transaction will be removed within 3days after posted charge. You won't be charged twice.

20. Strings came out from my Drawstring Purse Insert/ Drawstring Closure Top! How to Restring?
If Ribbon is still in good sharp, use safty pin or Bodkin or Hairpin to restring the drawstring cords. * Make sure You re-string two cords
